One address reaches us, and a well-described failure report is the single most useful message we receive. Here is what to send and why it helps.
Where to Write
Everything goes to support@inverseai.com. There is no ticket system and no form, so plain email is the fastest route. Put the reason in the subject line.
- Bug Something in the tool behaving incorrectly.
- Failed clip Footage that will not process, or an unusable cutout.
- Press InverseAI, the technical approach, or this category.
- Business Partnership, integration or licensing.
Reporting a Clip That Fails
Your file is processed on our servers, so the time you ran it and the file name help us find the job. Uploads are not stored, so report a failure right away.
Please include:
- When you ran it, and the file name. So we can find the job on our side.
- Browser and version number. Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
- Operating system and device. Windows or macOS, an Android phone or iPhone model.
- Clip length, resolution and frame rate. For example 45 seconds, 1080p, 30 fps.
- Source format. MP4, MOV or WebM, and the camera or app it came from.
- What happened. A stall, a reloaded tab, a failed export, or a finished file with a wrong mask. A screenshot of a bad frame helps most.
- Anything in the browser console. Open developer tools, check the Console tab, and paste any red error text.
Do not attach the clip. The details above usually let us find the job and reproduce the failure. If a clip is the only way to diagnose something, we will ask.
What We Cannot Help With
- Recovering a fileWe never received it, so there is no copy to send back.
- Resuming a jobThe work lived in your tab; closing it ended the job.
- BillingNothing is sold here, so there is no charge to query.
- A report with no detailWithout the specifics above, a failure cannot be reproduced.
Known failure cases are documented in the browser and performance guide and in how video background removal works. Send yours anyway if it matches one: frequency tells us what to fix first.
Everything Else
Data handling is on the privacy policy; use of the tool is on the terms page. If neither answers you, write anyway.
Try the Background Remover
Try it without signing up. Your file is processed on our GPU servers and never stored.
